The Barn can accommodate up to 225 guests.  For ceremonies in The Chapel, capacity is limited to 175 guests upstairs. The cost to book an event is the same regardless of the number of guests you plan to have, and there is no minimum required. 

The good news is, you have options! Our outdoor Gazebo is covered, so a slight drizzle doesn’t have to dampen your ceremony. Still, many guests use The Chapel as an indoor ceremony space. Even those who prefer to have their ceremony outside on the grounds often use The Chapel as a secondary option in case of or dire weather.  

Yes! The barn is equipped with large heating and cooling systems, and has been insulated with spray foam. This extends the season to year-round for events, as long as we have early notice (especially during the winter). 

Absolutely! The space is perfect for any event requiring space for both larger and smaller crowds, with flexibility for design and set-up to match many occasions. We welcome all kinds of non-wedding events from reunions and graduations to proms and anniversaries. Whatever your occasion, we’re here to help. Non-wedding events are booked within six months of the event date unless pricing is equal to that of a wedding. Rates are based on guest count and length of event. Terms

Event Times

Event hours are between 8am and 9pm; teardown 9pm - 10pm.

Cancellations

No Refunds will be given of any amounts previously paid due to cancellation. If something should occur to the Lessor or the property which makes holding the event in the barn impossible, the Lessee will receive a full refund of all amounts paid up to that date.

Lost items

We will make every attempt to return any lost or forgotten items to their owner after an event but we are not responsible for shipping costs to return them. Any decorating items left behind 24 hours after the end of the event become property of the Bean Acres and a disposal fee may be deducted from the deposit.

Safety

Smoking inside the barn is not permitted. If smoking outside the barn, please dispose your waste. Cigarette butts on the property will be your responsibility to clean up.

Courtesy

The Bean family reserves the right to request the removal of any person or group of people from the property for unruly behavior, illegal activity or anything that violates any of these regulations. Assistance of law enforcement may be called if the request isn’t met immediately.

Liability

The guests cannot hold Bean Acres liable for suit, actions, damages, or expenses for personal injury, illness, property damage, or theft while they are on the property due to any cause whatsoever. The barn is not locked during the times of rental and Bean Acres is not responsible for personal articles left unattended in any part of the property before, during, or after an event. The Lessee is required to purchase a Short Term Liability Policy in the amount of at least $1 million dollars with Bean Acres named as additionally insured. A copy of the policy is to be given or emailed to the Lessor the week of the wedding date. The Leesee agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless Bean Acres Wedding Venue, it’s officers, employees, agents, independent contractors and suppliers against any and all losses, accidents, liabilities, damages, injuries, expenses and claims resulting in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from the event you hold, and the use of our facilities.
